10 ways to gain more members

Members and potential members are becoming more careful about where and how they spend their money. In addition social media is opening up a brave new world of free resources and networking opportunities, which could leave membership focused organisation out in the cold if the fundamentals are not in place.

  • How can you ensure that your membership offers, services, benefit offerings and communications are delivering what they need to? And are they bringing you the income you need?
  • Can you improve your member value proposition (MVP) to optimise member recruitment, retention, engagement and new income streams? Can you better embrace web 2.0 to drive membership now and are you ready for the possibility 3.0 will bring?

Join us for this half-day seminar which will look at the fundamentals of a successful membership scheme, including how to effectively use social media to engage with members and other stakeholders.

There will be an interactive good practice sharing session, so that you can learn from peers in the room.

You will learn:

  • The top ten fundamentals of running a successful membership scheme during challenging times including:

- Recruiting & retaining members

- Creating and improving engagement

  • How to develop a clear member value proposition (MVP)
  • How social media can be used to engage new and existing members now and what developments will unfold with the birth of web 3.0
